what’s included?
2x 90-minute workshops
To bookend our work together, we will start and finish the program with a 90 minute session. This allows us space to build safety and connection along with ample time for final integration questions and practices.
10x 50-minute calls
We will meet weekly following the timeline above. Each session is dynamic, with guided meditation and breathing, parts work, movement, and conversing all on the table, depending on your unique needs.
resources and homework
Whether journaling prompts, a pre-recorded yoga flow, or scheduled time in nature, you will receive resources to help integrate learning and new neural pathways in between sessions.

introducing your facilitator, Nina Ramchandani
Nina’s 5+ years of experience in the mental health and counseling fields, coupled with a research degree in psychology from Stanford University gives her an incredible ability to bridge personal and professional struggles for her clients. She works from a holistic perspective, noticing the different areas of one’s life that come together to create current reality. She utilizes psychological techniques such as inner child work, parts work (stemming from internal family systems), mind/body connection, and cbt in addition to spiritual work helping you rewrite narratives, find trust in yourself, release addiction, and create healthy movement, sleep, and eating habits.
Her mission is to share the power of stillness in our fast-paced world.

Not at all! This program is open to anyone who’s excited about the possibility of using meditative techniques to connect with inner wisdom.

There is a 48hr cancellation policy for any session, if cancelled before that time we can reschedule without fee.
If cancellation happens within that 48hr window, we will be able to reschedule with an additional fee.

Yup. All of my work comes from the framework that big or little traumas affect our inner stories and experiences. Particularly in the first half of the program, we will connect with any traumatic events that may be shaping how you currently lead your life.

Therapy and coaching are different approaches to healing and making a change. I see my approach to coaching as an extension of therapy - my goal is first and foremost to create a safe container for vulnerability and to hold my clients with compassion. This builds the trust and security that allows for gentle nudges in the direction of growth, which is a step beyond what traditional therapy offers. This modality also allows me to bring in all of my humanness with all of yours: my quirks, my stories, modalities outside of traditional evidence-based cbt/other therapy styles that I’ve found effective in personal and professional practice.

In addition to the scheduled 50 minute weekly calls, the amount of time is really up to you. I will offer suggestions of practices to do in between sessions that can range from 5 minutes to an hour. It’s all about tuning into your capacity, your needs, and showing up in a way that feels nourishing to your system.
